The Wrestling Thread

since this is a wrestling forum what do u guys think to the outcome of vince mcmahon and the way they tried to kill his character. and who do u guys think should be the new gm of raw

yeah but still who do u think would be a good gm. also does anyone know when the undertaker or big show will return or even HHH

Big Show isn't with WWE anymore. Triple H should be back pretty soon. The Undertaker should be back around November.

everyone claims to hhave left and returns thats why i think paul white will be back and how do u no about taker

yeah but still who do u think would be a good gm.
Good GM would be like on SD vs RAW 2006 where Stone Cold becomes GM, Although i reckon they were gonna giv it 2 Coach after the McMahon death storyline. Any ideas on sum1 extreme enough to be GM of ECW??

Did anyone else get a kick out of watching cryme tyme steal deuce and domino's car on smackdown this week, HILARIOUS! :D And add to that, apparently, they broke domino's nose

Agreed, that was very funny. Second funniest bit on SD. Not good that Domino had the broken nose.

Funniest bit would have been during the Edge/Batista match when Bats gets thrown to the outside, Edge walks past the commentary table and yells "SHUT UP COLE!" just as Michael Cole is starting a rant against the champ.

Now THAT was funny!!

Here's a couple of interesting snippets.

-Rey Mysterio will be making his return to the ring on the 7/4 WWE Tijuana show in a six-man tag on the Raw brand, although he's still slated for Smackdown when he comes back full-time. John Cena & Bobby Lashley & Mysterio vs. Umaga & King Booker & Randy Orton is the main event for the show.

- Despite a six figure offer by AAA, Hulk Hogan is off the the 7/15 TripleMania super show.

- The Big Show isn't going to take part in the show either as he has informed AAA that he wants to move on to other projects, and doesn't want to wrestle again.

- Ron Killings and Sabu have confirmed their bookings for the big AAA show.

- Lita will work the show as a referee and will perform with her punk band, The Luchagores. The band will open the show with a mini-concert.

It will be a shame if the Big Show doesn't wrestle again, also Kurt angle has defeated Brock Lesner in Japan, made him tap out.

Has anyone heard anything more on Lesner's Martial Arts career?

Lesnar won his debut match in just over a minute in the first round, causing his opponent to submit after repeated hand strikes to the head.

The match is somewhere on youtube I think.

It will be good so see Rey Mysterio back in the ring, its been along time coming. It is a real shame that Big Show or Hulk Hogan wont be there, i was looking forward to them wrestling.

i wouldn't mind see lesnar back in the wwe someday soon would be good to see him our world or wwe champ again bring back the F5

Lesnar's time has come and gone. He's doing quite well in Japan and looks like MMA is where he wants to be.

On a totally seperate issue - HE'S COMING............................................

"Dont you understand your own dillusion?
ALL YOUR STUPID RULES
Now, Dont you understand your own confusion?
ALL YOUR STUPID RULES"

"IF YOU SMELL-EL-EL-EL-EL-EL-EL-ELL WHAT THE CROCK IS COOKIN!!"

Apparently he will only return to the wwe if he only wrestles part-time and pay him main event level pay like the Undertaker but the wwe wouldn't do it for him

that sucks always remember when tazz would say his catch phrase
"well here comes the pain"

As most know by now WWE has scrapped the Vince McMahon “death” angle stemming from the tragedy of the Benoit family last week.

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter the plan was to have Vince return this summer claiming that he faked his own death. He was then going to reveal an accomplice with several names being mentioned for the role. Mr. Kennedy was a top candidate for the role as WWE wanted to build a monster heel character off the storyline.

The June 25th edition of RAW (which ended up being a Chris Benoit tribute show) was scheduled to be a memorial service for Vince. WWE brought in a casket, flowers, candles, and pictures of the Chairman. All of the talent was told to wear a black suit for the evening. The show was suppose to end with a cliff hanger with the lead detective (“Mr. Beck”) making an arrest of the fake culprit, which would later turn out to be Linda McMahon.
