Substitutes in league play

Can any one out there provide me with the answer to this question?????

I am President of a handicap doubles league. We had the situation where one of our bowlers had to pull out after bowling only 2 frames in their last game due to injury. The TBAL Rule Book provided us with two options :-

1. RULE 336 - INJURY, DISABILITY OR EMERGENCY. "The team will count the bowlers actual score for the frames bowled in the game plus one tenth of their blind score for each of the remaining frames".

2. RULE 337 - SUBSTITUTIONS DURING GAME OR SERIES. "When a substition is made during a game, the score of such game will be credited to the starting bowler".

In our particular case we used Rule 336. My question is this - If we had invoked Rule 337, how would it work in the following situation :-

The bowler who pulled out after 2 frames is a 150 average bowler. The bowler who substituted is a 200 average bowler. WHO'S HANDICAP DO WE USE or IS THERE A CALCULATION WE SHOULD DO TO ARRIVE AT A COMPOSITE HANDICAP

Any thoughts on this situation would be appreciated.
