just as a matter of interest i was wondering, how old do you have to be to try out for Rachuig, and also where were the roll-offs for it in Victoria...Also the questions for the Presidents Cup.

well president shield roll-offs have already happened and they were at Altona and u have to be under 18 and rachuig u will have to talk to someone else about.

For shield you have to be under the age of 18 at the start of the year to compete that year

For Rachuig i'm pretty sure you have to have turned 18 before nationals but i could be wrong

I don't actually think there's an age limit as such on Rachuig, because I know a guy who tried out for it when he was 16. Maybe it's 16 or something, or maybe it's just based on averages, someone more in the know than me would surely be able to correct me. Cheers.

To bowl Rachuig the Rules and Regulations state that you must have "attained the age of 18 years on or prior to the first day of the National Adult Championships in that year".
