Northern NSW Open (Sep 1-2) Entry Form

Greetings Fellow Keglers!

It is with great pleasure that Holiday Lanes, Coffs Harbour announces the Northern NSW Open and the inaugural Storm Team Challenge will be held on September 1+2. A great event in a great spot.

Please see the attached entry form for more details. (It will print nicely if you set your printer at 2 pages per sheet, as it is designed for A5 paper.)
