Back in the Gym again big fella

After Knee operation number 5, all is going well, back to football this year and coz I am a senior member (A polite way for them to say I am on the old end of footballers!) I get to take training easy and have one night gym and one run/drills. Hasnt helped as tore a tightening hamstring 2 weeks ago!
Just means more pumping up the upstairs cannons!
