I would also like to thank all those people that helped raise these funds on Sunday at the Seniors tournament who conducted a raffle and split half the proceeds with the Australian Youth Team.

AMF have gone above and beyond the call for James. Raffles, Money sheets you name it they have done it. And to all the bowlers at Keon Park ( and you know who you are ) your support has been magnificent. It goes without saying the when a center has a bowler that achieves what these fine youth bowlers have achieved. They will leave no stone unturned to help out. I'm sure this can be said for all of the centers where they bowl. Im sure when the team comes back they will all be acknowledged here.

The topic came up about the Youth & Mens Teams selection fiasco's tonight at bowling tonight.
I was told that the Managers & Coaches trips are paid for.
And any funding TBA receives covers there trips while the bowlers have to find $5,000-$6,000 for the honour.
Whether this is correct I would like to find out also.

As detailed in the TBA Press Release of 1st May 2008 on the TBA website
all Coaches and Managers for the Youth Team are all expenses paid positions.
