Who is John Frillington?????

Does anyone out there know who this person is? What state he's from?
I know or know of everyone competing in the Queensland Cup but this guy and no-one seems to much about him. Is he a Mr. Cutty like Whoopi Goldberg played to get into a mens club?

John is a friend of mine who I met in Qatar, I'm not sure where he is from exactly?? He doesnt bowl, just tends to attend International events to keep an eye on things. You wont see him in Australia, I"ll be sure to say hello to him in Thailand. I heard he is already there preparing for the event.................
