Okay guys getting up to the 31 entry mark which will give 2nd place another spot. As mentioned earlier 1 spot for the winner and another spot for the highest placed female or male depending on which gender wins the spot, and another spot for the runner up if entries get to 31 or more.
I would like to thank all you the bowlers for your generous support.

Hi Lindsay, yes have put you down for a spot, hopefully the Crown can fund your entry.Hahaha

Thanks to all the bowlers who turned out for the MTC spot, and hopefully some the bowlers who missed out today will pick up a spot at one of the AMF roll offs in the weeks to come.

Well done Joe obviously not an AMF run establishment. After all the figures I tallied your game rate was $2.18 per game for all of the games bowled after the 3 spots were won.

It doesn't really make good economical sense, but good for the bowlers anyway.

First of all, thanks to Joe for hosting the tourny. Nice to bowl on what will be the Melb Cup condition.

Ralph,
The missing information was everyone or those that wanted to chipped in $10 more for the 3rd spot. That was the decisions made by bowlers today. So if you like to do your maths again go ahead :) .

Cheers
Vi

Yes hmmm, i wasnt there was i Vi . So how could i know this as i was going off the Total Bowling entry form post,$60 for 10 games and 2 spots. And it still comes to $3.18 a game after all deductions which is a little better but still not great economics .But once again a great boon for the bowlers present .

I think that it nice to see some centre come to the party and hold some tournaments at reduced game rates. But even more important would be for fellow bowlers to suport these events not just mouth off. From the listings there were obviously several bowlers who indicated that they would bowl and did not front on the day. That is just the sort of things that puts centre management off running these events, because bowlers just do not seem to appreciate the amount of effort that goes into holding these event regardless if they are minor or major events. I know that EFL firmly believe in giving something back to the bowlers, but it is hard for them to justify this, if the bowlers are not prepared to back them when it counts.

I'm bowling in the Melbourne Cup anyway but i didn't bowl because i had something else on but i rung the bowl and told them that i wouldn't be bowling.
