Association Challenge 2nd Division

Considering the popularity of Association Challenge and that there is a waiting list for Associations wanting to enter, has any thought been given to starting up a 2nd Division?

In effect you could arrange to have 8 - 10 new association teams in a 2nd division. After the event is run each year the two lowest placed teams in the top division drop back to 2nd Division and the two highest placed teams in the 2nd division move up.

Obviously, this would be dependant on how many associations would be interested in starting a 2nd division. Any thoughts or opinions?

The only thoughts i have on this is...If they cannot find a person or committee who is a decision maker on the debacle they have or have had for quite some years in Toowoomba, then how on earth do you think your can police something like a 2nd Division Association Challenge...

Someone needs to take a little more control of this event before they have major issues this year at Kingaroy...

I hope common sense prevails and Toowoomba don't ruin this event for the rest of the Associations...
