If the final hiring decision is made by the current TBA board members, then I wouldn't expect much of a change for the better. However, let's all hope they put aside their antiquated thinking and get with the 21st century in selecting someone who actually bowls this time!

I dont disagree with Cara being in the role.
She would need to have stepped down from the board
first before the role was advertised and interviews etc could take place
It would be a very poor look If she was appointed whilst still.
being the Chair.

Having said all that nothing would surprise me

I could also think of some people who may have applied that
who would be really poor choices.

I am not sure A CEO role is what we need, It should be more
of a Sports Administrator who is more hands on, with god forbid
some experience in our Sport
