If you google Gillian Thompson-Rogers you will find information that will/could answer your/our question, as in the announcement it does not.

She is listed as the CEO for the Riding for the Disabled Association of Australia Inc.

Given the experience and knowledge she has with this group and with the right guidence we all could possibly see a huge leap forward in the right direction for Tenpin Bowling.
