Put it this way - he didnt actually win a lot of head to head personal points.

The new Board directors are Gordon Little and Bruce Morris. Bruce ran unopposed so there was no voting for his position. Gordon Little was unanimously voted in as Program Delivery Director (more about that later)

Gordon Little I don't know but Bruce Morris is a splendid bloke - with a great spread of experience in bowling - whatever he brings to the table will be of quality no doubt about it. Both have a tough job - support and time is what they need.
