Congrats to everyone who made the team. Good luck this year.
Well done Hammo and Luke well deserved to the both of you.

Some great bowling today, with spots being snavelled on the final game.

Congratulations to all who bowled, and especially those who were successful in securing the right to go to Altona in October as the Queensland representatives.

Thank you Lady Flower for all your hard work behind the scenes in ensuring another successful rolloff, and also to the staff at both Cannon Hill and Redcliffe for a relatively hassle free weekend of bowling.

And on behalf of TBAQ just to add to the Broni post, our thanks to Mary Flower and her entire team, Brian Pilkington for the macros I kept deleting, and of course the staff of Cannon Hill and Redcliffe.

Congratulations to everyone who made the squad, some terrific bowling on both days.

And a special mention to Lisa Parente who bowled her first 250 in her final game. There were other high games, some much higher, but none more important.

Her 256 got her over the line and into the Team. Well done Lisa.

Just like to say a Big Congrats to Linda Green well done on making the team especially on the first time trying!! I hope you have a good time in Altona, I'll tell you what it's like!! hehe

Also Congrats to both Both and Female bowlers who made it very well done!!

Caity!!

Well done to all those who made both Teams! You will do Queensland proud - to those who are participating for the first time, make the most of your opportunity as you have earned it .... and to those seasoned bowlers in the teams - you must enjoy it as you are there again.

Congratulations!

Flower

A HUGE congratulation to my hubby (hehe) Luke for making the team (about bloody time !!). I am so proud of you and I will be yelling my guts out for Queensland this year.

Congrates to all the other bowlers that made it and best of luck in Altona.

Also Pilko and Kate, i was so happy to see you both made the team i punched my door in celebration ;) I wont do that again Kate!

And im so glad to see my good friends Kel and Jimmy made the team, i am led to believe Kel was going down with Jimmy regardless of whether she made the team or not, so that she could translate his sledging so the other teams knew what he was saying to them :p And remember guys if Jim starts laughing just laugh with him or he will try and tell you the story again ;)

Well done to everyone!

Congratulations to everyone that made the team, especially Kellie :) Nice work girl! Great to see you back in there... although now you've given me some thinking to do!!

Also, commiserations to the prawn master Jase on missing out (see, I can be nice! :D).

Good luck to the teams in Altona.

Congrats to all who made the teams I am sure both teams will do QLD proud.

On personal note I have a couple of people to thank:-

Jase, what can I say mate, without your generous support on Sunday I would not have made the team. It’s a special type of person who takes time out to help others when they are struggling themselves. You are a true gentleman on and of the lanes and a credit to QLD bowling. I am a bit worried about you as manager though; I think I better start saving for Melbourne Casino.

Noddy: Thanks for making me turn up on the day 2, espically after my disaster on Saturday and also for putting up with my driving Sunday morning.
Jim Murray (AKA Sooty)
