It would depend on the leagues constitution, if the players have put in a rule that says you can't win awards on pre or post bowls then no awards are claimable. You would still get the TBAL league high game patch if it was the highest game bowled in the league.
I think it might also depend on how it was bowled. Some leagues allow prebowls to be done out of league. If you just bowl on a pair of lanes at your own pace and with no opposition or pacers around you, I don't think it would be acceptable.
