George Slater

George Slater finally lost his battle and sadly passed away Monday 20th December 2004. A wonderful husband and father and a treasured friend. To Judy and the families, our deapest sympathany. George was an original member of the ATBSO and bowled at Rockingham Classic Doubles for many years. The funeral will be held on Wed 29th, 10am at Fremantle Crematorium. Rest in Peace George.

I wish to pass on to the Slater Family my sincere condolences for the passing of George, he was a fine and passionate bowler, that I had known for many years, from the time of bowling together in the Classic doubles league, or the Open All-stars, George was a competitive bowler and a good bloke as well.
