The Dutch Open 2006 is the newest addition to the European Bowling Tour 2006. The tournament is scheduled for 7 - 11 June 2006 in Scheveningen, the Netherlands.
The total prizefund is 50.000 euro ($87.340) with a first prize of 10.000 euro ($17.469). Qualification is 6 games, re-entries are allowed. There's also a Desperado Squad where you can qualify in just one game.
The bowling is located in Scheveningen and hosted several international events, including the AMF World Cup in 1982. Situated in a beach resort, it's a perfect location for a small vacation, remember June is Summertime over here. It's also a perfect combination with EBT stop#11 in Malta, which is the following week.
