Bronze in mixed Doubles!

Steve Reynolds and Bianca Flanagan have started the Australian Medal tally in the Commonwealth Youth Games with a Bronze medal in the Mixed Doubles. They bowled a total of 2480, but were beaten by the two Malaysian Teams who bowled totals of 2529 and 2528 respectively.
An Excellent start to the games for the Australian Team. Lets hope they continue the form tonight in Teams and then again tomorrow in boys and girls doubles and in the remaining 3 games of teams.

And well done to the #1 tenpin bowling coach in Australia, Chris Batson for his fantastic job in leading the Malaysian mixed doubles teams to the Gold and Silver medals.

Just a shame that he had to go overseas to secure a paid coaching position.
