So far, impressed with the change, hope its a sign of things to come

* Australian Masters prizemoney sponsorship, 2010 Mens $25,000, Womens $15,000 on top. Format yet to be decided

* Europecar come on board as a sponsor of the sport offering significant discounts to bowlers and financial rebate to be given back to TBA for the sport

* National tournaments to be capped at 8 for the year, min $3000 for 1st. If there is more 8 applications for 2010 a committee will decide based on merits

* Oiling patterns for National events to come into line with International events. There will be a library of 9 patterns, tournament organisers can choose one of 3 that is sent to them from TBA

Sounds like some great changes coming. The limited amount of events may even help the number of entries in the local based sport circuits in each state.

Interesting to see what happens from here.

Dont forget non-sport events too

It'll be interesting in a few ways, For now i still think the centres and promoters could do a better circuit and rankings themselves

how about we look at this as a good step in the right direction.

it will be good if the dates and entry forms out for the 8 events early in the year so people can book flights and arrange time of work.
