I'd say my favourites in 2004 were NSW Challenge Shield, Bennetts Green Junior C'ships & NSW Country Junior Cup @ Orange in November. Unfortunately AMF Bennetts Green closed not long after their C'ships last year. I've always enjoyed the trip to & bowling at Orange at every year, missed it...

When I was bowling competitively, I was definately concerned about how I was throwing my ball. I wouldnt complain on a brooky strike, but I wouldnt be totally satisfied neither. Nowadays though, as a once a week semi-social bowler, if they all fall down, they all fall down.

Be careful tucking your pinky, it can put a lot of stress on your hand. I've personally busted my hand up doing this in the past, but I know other guys that do it all the time with no problems, just be aware that if you get any sort of uncomfortable sensation stop tucking the pinky straight...

Sounds to me like an Attack Zone, they're a urethane ball that Brunswick made with a pancake weightblock, so basically, a beginners ball. Retailed anywhere from $160 - $220 depending on where you went. I wouldnt expect any more than $10 - $50 for it, depending on condition.

I've got 5 balls between 2 bags, all but my spare ball are Brunswick. The spare ball is an Ebonite Galaxie300, that I got THIS YEAR, brand new undrilled. I've also got 4-5 retired balls laying around including 2 proactive Quantums.
