Tournamets

Hi all. As a proprietor and a bowler I have been looking at tournament costs, and have come up with the following list not in any order and if I have missed any just add them.
Entry fees.
Travel
Accommodation (if needed)
Meals
Equipment.
The biggy, lineage fees for practice.

How can we as proprietors help to reduce these costs, and still stay in business?
Most bowling proprietors support the sport of bowling as much as they can.

Tournaments. The more glossy and professional the entry form the more it costs. The more games bowled the more it costs. All costs unless, sponsored come out of the entry fees, paid by each bowler. The more the tournament costs to put on, the smaller the prize fund payouts.

We are considering holding a NO PER GAME LINEAGE TOURNAMENT; there would be a small admin fee of $10.00 to $15.00 per entry to cover the costs of running the tournament. All other entry fees and sponsorships (if any) would go directly into the prize fund.
We could hold the tournament over a weekend, with two to three squads for qualifying, on the Saturday, the final on Sunday. No carryover pinfall to the final and an eliminator type finals format.
Would you the bowlers support a tournament like this, if we were able to hold an event like this?
