I doubt John Howard has received his October copy of the Bowlers Journal International yet, but when he gets around to browsing through its pages he may see the following quotation on page 32:
"A leader loses his effectiveness after a certain period.
After 10 years, people just got tired of hearing from the same guy
and looking at the same old face in the same old position"
