Passing of Kevin Thompson

For those bowlers around in the 80's and early 90's I thought I should let you know Kevin passed away last Thursday and will be laid to rest tomorrow.
Good old Kev was responsible for coaching NSW State Teams and the early coaching of most of Newcastle's successful bowlers.
My thoughts go out to his family.

Valé Kevin, an early master of the oval thumbhole in this country! A likeable fellow who enjoyed a good laugh and was respected in the community.
