Good for the PBA and bowling

I like what has been done here, the PBA Teams has given the sport of bowling a little boost raised some interest, getting guys like Terrel Ownes into bowling and PBA is a nice touch, hopefully raises the sports profile a touch.

I'm not so sure John. TO was given an exemption by the PBA. This year's WSOB field is capped at 240 entries. TO's exemption means he may well be taking the place of someone else, who may be more deserving of a spot.

He does raise the media profile somewhat, but from what I've read on sports pages in the states, TO isn't the most liked NFL player, or soon to be ex-player if he can't find a club to take him. But he does talk about the PBA & his team in the PBA league (Dallas Strikers), a lot on social media, which can only help raise more interest, more importantly, from people who aren't already bowlers.

T.O is great for bowling and I really enjoy watching the PBA Team formats with Norm,Pete,Rash and Belmo.
