Coaches and Rachuig

The current TBA policy for Rachuig is now believed to be that a Level 1 coach will not in any circumstances be granted approval for any State that cannot provide a Level 2.
Current rumour is that a Level 2 will be allocated - whether it be from the coaches pool or elsewhere.
I know this forum has had this discussion before but I cant help wondering why the National body still places so much importance on having a coach for 3 days in the year.
Certainly there are issues that have to be solved such as lineup, motivation and maybe the odd dispute but these are all things that can be done competently without the L2 tag.
Maybe this should be an agenda item at the National Forum in Sydney on 7th May.

gees andrew

half of the level 2's get carved up by the elitist attitude and you want to avail level 1's to the position

you are a nasty man aren't you

Craig you haven't understood.
I simply believe that State Rachuig Teams should have the right to compete without having a coach inflicted on them if they don't want one. If they want one thats fine.
