I'm not entirely sure where this thread should go, so l'm really sorry if it doens't belong here.
I am new to the bowling scene, only 5 months exp.
During this time l have been looking at the pro shop at my local AMF centre and have noticed cleaning products for your ball.
I understand that residue oil does stick to your bowling ball, and you should clean it off, l was just wondering what these cleaning products are, how often l should use them and do l really have to use them?
Any advantages/disadvantages would be great. Not looking at any brand in particular, just cleaning products in general.
