I eat both, but adore slow roasted Lamb, especially when you can separate the meat with a fork...add honey roasted parsnips, I'm in culinary heaven:tongue4:
I eat both.
But I prefer roast beef, smothered in nice gravy with soft baked potatos with that brown sticky stuff from the bottom of the cooking tray on the potatos, all smothered in gravy
I still rate my ex-partner the best at cooking that ever, she did an incredible roast
