2018 SA Seniors Classic

We are still working on the entry form etc for the 2018 SA Seniors Classic but we're aware that people want to register for the event and start planning for their trip to Adelaide.

The event will be held on the 28th and 29th of April 2018 at AMF Cross Road.

A $50 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your position. Direct deposit details are as follows:

The draft schedule for the tournament is as follows:

Saturday 28th April 2018
- 8.30am A squad check-in & briefing
- 9.00am A squad commence 8 game block
- 12.00pm Lanes washed and re-oiled
- 12.30pm B squad check-in & briefing
- 1.00pm B squad to bowl 8 games
- 4.30pm Approximate finish

Sunday 29th April 2018
- 8.00am B squad check-in
- 8.15am B squad commence 8 game block
- 11.15am Lanes washed and re-oiled
- 11.30am A squad check-in
- 12.15pm A squad commence 8 game block
- 3.15pm Approximate finish
- 3.45pm Presentation and refreshments

Good morning Bowlers. Although the SA Classic is still a month away, we could do with a boost in the number of registered bowlers. With the support of our sponsors (TBA, AMF and ATBSOSA) we will ensure the event is as well run and successful as other years but the most important ingredient is "bowlers" (closely followed by the cake stall). If you can make Adelaide on the 28th and 29th of April, we would love to see you in sunny Adelaide. If you need any help/advice, please let me know.

Hello Bowlers, for those that are thinking of coming to Adelaide for the SA Seniors Classic but are a little wary of the pattern we are using which is the same one used in the Aust Seniors Open at Keon Pk, l would just like to assure you all that it will NOT play like it did on those two days in Melbourne... We have put this pattern down at Cross Rd Bowl for the last 3 or 4 weeks on Saturday mornings and it is certainly very score able ... Hopefully this will put to rest any fears you might have, and will come to our lovely city....Cheers
