2010 SA Seniors Classic

Just recieved the oiling pattern from the Manager. See Attached.

Sorry it was faxed to me, but still readable.

Using the house pattern, which I believe has been very high scoring.

Cheers

Tony

Just a quick note to let all know regarding the direct credit account number that was on the entry form, is no longer valid.

Sorry this should have been pointed out before this.
If you have tried direct depositing your money using this account number
then that money should have been returned to your account by now.

We will need the full amount on the day except those who have given me or Ronda or so deposits.

See you there.

Thanks

Tony

P.S. Please we are trusting you all this year, if you are not bowling please let us know to take your name of the listings.

I love to have different pattern for eacy day, even better if one day is easy, and other day is challange.

I don't understand why the house pattern is selected?

Cheers,
JP

JP, A good house pattern is always better than mucking around with foreign patterns, the lanes are already used to it, the tournament will stand up better and longer, and so what if it is high scoring, still will be challenging and happy for most...look at sunshine last time, a lot of high scores, lanes held up and everyone went home happy they bowled average or better.... good onya guys...

ps Tony can you give us proper bank details so I can transfer the moeny in or do you prefer to pay on the day??
cheers
Paul

Please pay on the day Paul...

As far as the pattern, I was told the first pattern is the strip and forward oil and the second is the reverse oil. Not sure, I was awaiting a phone call on this. All I know it is a good house pattern for the centre, I haven't bowled on it, but people like jeff elliott has and he said it good. Lets just go with it.

See you all there.

Cheers

Tony

Sorry Paul, I will disagree your opinion. If a golf course has hole size to 10m, I may defeat Tiger Wards, even I never play the golf. That is the lucky not the skill.

Regards,
JP

JP you will be like a lot of bowlers if you bowl well the pattern will be good and if you dont then the pattern will be bad....lol.... cheers Tony

Bloody hell guys it's a lane, just bowl on it and do your best. Try and bowl on the wooden lanes we had to put up with. You guys are spoilt.
Cheers Lovey

I'm sorry Steve did you say you want me to put your name down, or you still having trouble bowling with people younger than you?

He! He!

Cheers

Tony

Hi all,

I have been ask by the committee if it is at all possible if most of you entrants, when checking in could pay cash so hopefully we can pay cash back in the prizefund.
Istead of EFTPOS or credit card at the bowl perhaps you could draw the cash prior, I know there is a EFTPOS machine outside of the bowl, or plenty over in the shopping centre opposite the centre.
It would be much appreciated by the committee and the bowl.

thanks

Tony

Hi All,

Just got sent this from Village Bowl.

Updated pattern, just incase the last one looked a bit confusing.

cheers

Tony

I can only go by what is sent to me JP.

Tha bowl has mentioned for those wanting a fully cooked breakfast on Sunday morning, there will be plenty of staff to do, for those of us that want one, not sure of the cost.
Should be a good weekend allround.

cheers

Tony
