If you have entered can you please provide your averages to either Dandy Bowl or myself prior to the tournament to ensure averages can be checked, and handicaps issued.
A 28 team lane draw is almost complete, in which all teams will play each other a minimum of once (Due to team numbers, and rounds it is impossible to prevent playing some teams twice, but you will not play a team more than twice).
A random team number draw will be conducted the morning of the event, to allow each round sheet to be completed, individual & team score sheets to be printed for the event.

There is nothing safer then bowlers completing their own draw.
I'm not bowling this event, but I would recommend ensuring that you have a number of people watch this process in the morning otherwise you may face complaints about "draw rigging".
Printed team and individual sheets are nice, but I'm not sure if I agree with a draw being conducted the morning of the event.
The last thing you want is to be questioned by bowlers about why the "top" teams on paper didn't meet each other twice (if it occurred that way).
Just my two bobs worth.

Thanks for the advice Craig. Had not thought of that being an issue. I will arrange to have the draw conducted at Dandy Bowl, and get a staff member to choose the numbers for each team, that way there can be no issues.
I will post a time for the draw in the week leading upto the tournament, if anyone wishes to present during the lane draw.

Lance, Brett says that its a $50.00 Skin every game not every block, is that right? That would mean that there are 60 x $50.00 skins

Thats correct, if we get 28 teams we will be paying out $50 per game for all 60 games. This will be paid to the highest handicap game, if a tie exists the money will be split between the bowlers with the winning scores.
This gives all bowlers bowling the chance to win some cash during the tournament.
