It would appear that when a thread is closed you may be unable to use the "quote" function.. I think the post was asking why the original thread by kellie was closed

Because this part of the forum was for the bowlers to post there comments and suggestions, on what they would like to see on the site etc. We wanted people to start there own threads which they have done to tell us what ways we can improve the site etc, I didn't want people posting under what I had posted, I posted what I did so everyone knew what this section on the forum was for. Hope that helps if not send Jase a priv msg if you have any trouble.
