Point System

All points are awarded based on total score including handicap

For each game: Draws:
1st 4 points 1st and 2nd draw 3.5 points each
2nd 3 points 3rd 2 points
3rd 2 points 4th 1 point
4th 1 points
1st 4 points
2nd and 3rd draw 2.5 points each
For the series: 4th 1 point
1st 4 points
2nd 3 points 1st 4 points
3rd 2 points 2nd 3 points
4th 1 points 3rd and 4th draw 1.5 points each

Bonus points are awarded if the score with handicap reaches the following:

200 1 bonus point
225 2 bonus points
250 3 bonus points
275 4 bonus points
300 5 bonus points
Prize Fund Based on 24 teams only Entry fee of $450.00 per team consisting of 3 players Entries for the event will close on the 20th of October

The Bowland Berri Schweppes 2011 Marathon

The 60 games will be bowled in blocks of 5 games a practice session will be included at the start of each block
The lanes will be washed and oiled prior to the tournament and then be dragged and oiled after 15 games
washed and oiled after 30 games, dragged and oiled at 45 games
Highest tba Accredited league or tournament as at the 1st of June 2011
A deposit of $ 80 per team is required to secure your team stop.
