Hi Guys here is the entry form for the 2014 West Orange Motors Orange Open.

This year we have a new sponsor and with a new sponsor on board we have a new format to add to this years event. This year we have change Stage 2 format with the top 32 bowler now bowling 10 games. As previously we had the 32 only bowl 6 games then we made a cut to the field.

Squad Reservation Information
Entry's with out a deposit will go on to a reserve list for the squad that was requested. Once payment is made you will be taken of the reserve list.
Deposits Must be Paid by the 23rd April to Confirm your spot.
