im doing some research about what cnetres are around australia and what surface they are. if you could list the centres you have been to and say if there wood or synthetic lanes.

this would be a great help

Bankstown are wood aren't they?

I thought they were.... I was only there in July for NSW Open, but I had such a great weekend I have forgotten.. I am pretty sure that they aren't synthetic.... Are they?.. :?

I have not bowled at all of these centres, but from what I can remember, These are all still wooden lanes. (apart from Rosebud which is specified).
 
Rosebud & Squah Bowl are classified as city centres and Cranbourne is to open soon

Bendigo is Synthetic

Wodonga: Synthetic
Warragul: Wood

Albury is also classified as a Vic Centre with it's 10 wood lanes.

Add in the entertainment centres at the Casino and Prahran.

40 Centres in Victoria (when the 2 new ones open) and 812 lanes.
