With all the changes happening around the country can the centre information get updated. I travel round the country with my work and find it difficult to find some centres especially where they have closed and been relocated i.e. Blacktown.
I'll start it off.
AMF centres;
Bankstown - closed
Blacktown - relocated
Box Hill - closed
Capalaba - synthetic
Craigie - closed
Enfield - closed and reopened by private operator.
Fairfield - closed and reopened by private operator
Greenslopes - closed.

I'm surprised at the information you have supplied. There is a small one at Stanthorpe ( Qld ) It has posted on this site.

No doubt the ones that have been closed would be reasonably easy for the administrators to confirm and remove, but is it not up to the Centres to update their other details. Perhaps users of this site might remind their Centres, if the info is not up-to-date, or the Centre is not listed?

Hurstville AMF- NSW - Shut 1988 - A Crying shame, a massive part of my youth there
Rockdale - NSW - Shut 1993- Can't believe it, great place to Bowl, poor place to look at though, character is the word i think
Top Ryde -X 2 NSW - Shut ? & 2003 - 2nd Centre was great to bowl at, Corner pins OMG
Randwick - NSW - Shut ? Re opened new location - AMF - 199?
St Leonards - NSW - Shut ? - Memories !!!!
Rushcutter -Travel Lodge - NSW - Shut ? Oh my what a slot car track !!!
Liechhardt - NSW - Shut ? - What a place that was, saw some sights and stories there

Rockhampton Squash Bowl have 22 Synthetic Lanes only.

The blue side was replaced with the squash courts whilst beside the red side, is the new (extended) 6 Lanes where the squash courts once were located.
 
Warrawong closed its doors in 2005 when AMF bought out Illawarra/Strikezone.

Shellharbour closed in early 2003, and its lanes and machines were relocated to Illawarra/Strikezone, which opened about 1 or 2 months after Shellharbour closed.

True, but 8 wood (blue) lanes are still there and operational.....not sure if they are still sanctioned. I think the plan was to take them all out but only 6 have been removed so far....

Wagga tenpin shut down in 2002 and the centre was converted to office space. Talking about goulburn that was my old centre, was in the old flour mill now a furnture shop, once it shut i had to travel to belconnen to bowl before eventually losing interest. Only got back into the sport about 18 months ago.
 
Yea Loose Cannon, I drove past the old Goulburn site on Monday on my way back from Melbourne. Can't believe that noone else has put one up.
Foe Geoff300, Liverpool is a new AMF centre and is locate next to the Krispy Kreme "factory" at the end of the Cumberland Hwy. Wagga Wagga looks like having a new centre either this year or next. Owner of new Wangaratta centre is working with them to get open. Penrith still in the wings, no definite word on start date.
 
Geraldton Bowl in Western Australia is closed (again). This time possibly for good. The building and land is currently up for sale.
 
It's kingpin. In the homemaker centre with skirmish. Are you involved chubz? Wish you luck in that location it's dead quiet even on a weekend as its on the opposite side to the markets.
 
from looks of it , its not that bad but yea i looked at it from a public transport side of it and its got no buses near it but on the saturday it should get the ppl from the markets but time will tell , and not sure whos involved in liverpool :S
 
It's planned that AMF Norwood is changing from the brand "AMF" to "Kingpin" in the coming 2 years or so. Plus, also plans for a Kingpin in Darwin? Well... if Kingpin Townsville is exceeding expectations from sales then a new Kingpin will open. just visit ardentleisure.com.au and view the latest asx release
 
Yay Another worthless Kingpin Centre opening up. Its going to be in liverpool? my god. I was hopeing for an AMF to open there.
