I gave those details because (in my mind) you represent the typical resistance a proposal such as this will encounter. I need you to hang in there with me on this, voice every concern you think possible.
I will need the current bowlers to accept this and allow it to run along side their traditional leagues etc.
For that reason,
I happily accept your preference for the traditional scoring however I would hope you have an open mind when I eventually am organised sufficiently to ask you to sample a match yourself.
Eventually I hope to convert you and others to see that it has potential to bring bowlers back to the sport, introduce new bowlers to the sport and improve chances your local Bowl will still be there in future.
Time will tell, now that I have opened my big mouth, I have to put my money where my mouth is and start the project s ee if it has wings.
