hi everyone,

can someone please tell me when you are and arnt aloud to change the surface of ur ball, during a tournament.

i no i change it at the start, but can you change it half way through the tournament.

RULE 602 BALL SURFACES ALTERATIONS
Altering the surface of a bowling ball by the application of any substance, liquid or abrasive, including the use a
recognised ball cleaning or polishing machine during a series or session of continuous games is prohibited. A ball may
be wiped with a clean cloth or towel at any time. Penalties apply - Refer Offence No. 511.

Just quietly i wouldnt have minded be able to change the surface of my ball last night. I dont even thing 200 sand paper would have got it turning
