The roll-offs for the 2010 team for Presidents shield will be on the 8th/9th August, venue will be announced shortly with a new format

By the end of next week tender forms are being released to the centres by the end of this week.

Please be patient with us Aden the new committee was only elected on Saturday, so they are working very quickly this week to get everything done for all of you to give you as much notice as possible. We will post everything as it comes to us.

There first roll-off for Presidents Shield is at Logan City on 8/9th August, 6 games both days, nomination forms out soon

The idea of 6 games each day is to simulate the actual Presidents Shield Event for each day where it is 3 games re-oil and then another 3 games.

The idea of 2 rolloffs is in order to collect a training squad to start with that will worth with both coaches once they are nominated. The second rolloff will then decide the team of 6 that will represent South Queensland in Werribee 2010. As most know TBA have changed Presidents Shield now to 6 a side rather than 7.

The first rolloff will be taking the first 10 bowlers past the post, however all details will be released in the entry forms that will be released shortly.

Hope this helps a little Amy

Entry forms are ready, just waiting on accreditation number, be released in a few days on total bowling and the TBAQ site

Looking for some clarification on Fee info on the nomination form - The initial fee of $500 (non refundable) would need to be paid at the end of the 2nd roll off at Caboolture if selected, correct.

Please find attached the Amended Entry form with accreditation number, due to South Qld taking 6 bowlers for each team, we have had to amend the criteria for the second roll-off and will now be four with highest pinfall and two on selction.

Thanks
SQ Jnr committee
