Private Message Alerts

Ive had a report of someone not receiving email alerts when they receive private messages even though they have the option enabled in their profile.

Can other members please confirm that they are or aren't getting emails to alert them ?

It has to be activated in your profile to receive the emails when you have a PM - please check that you have it activated before saying yes or no.
 
Ive been receiving them too - bit strange.

Anyone else with Optus not getting them and should be ?
 
When I come to the site I get a popup window that I got a PM. Other then that I do not get the email notification any more. No I'm not with Optus. TPG.

gra, up until this week i had been getting emails re pm's.. but not now. as far as i am aware its activated in my profile coz i hadnt changed anything.

and i'm not with optus..

Ive found what might have been the problem, please let me know if those of you who havent been receiving them are now receiving them (from now on)
