New League - Youth Classic

Hi all,

AMF Kedron Bowl is pleased to announce a new youth league forming in 2007. This is open to all bowlers who are under or turn 23 in the year 2007.

Format is as follows:

When: Tuesdays @ 6.30pm
Start: 6th Feb, 2007 (42 weeks)
Cost: $25 per week, 4 games
Format: Head to head with scratch and handicap points up for grabs.
1 point for scratch game, 2 points for handicap game
Handicap 80% of 200 basis.

Total prize fund: Approx $7500 (based on 20 bowlers)
1st - $750 approx, down to 20th - $200 approx

Prize fund breakdown is as follows:

1st - $750, 2nd - $650, 3rd - $600, 4th - $500, 5th - $400,
6th - $380, 7th - $360, 8th - $340, 9th - $320, 10th - $300,
11th - $280, 12th - $260, 13th - $260, 14th - $260, 15th-20th - $250 each

Individual awards for High game and series scratch and handicap and for most games above average.

Total prize fund - $7500 (approx.)

i have unfortunately had to pull the plug on this league.
that's right, the youth classic at kedron will not be going ahead sadly.
