Mate. Best advice I could offer is.
Get a coach!
Any advice given here would be futile without someone to spend regular sessions watching and diagnosing your strengths and areas which need improvement.
A "one shot" video is not enough.
Regular coaching and assessment with practice is the best way to improve.
Where do you bowl?
