Junior Shield 2004

Hey guys

Has any centre done qualifying for Junior Shield yet? I've heard a rumour that Dandenong have, but I dunno what other teams have so far.

Sunshine won't do qualifying until end of July and the start of August.

Can people please post the Junior teams as qualifying starts and I will let you know as soon as we have finished qualifying.

Hi Keon Parks arnt until August.
They are on the 7th,8th,14th,21st,22nd of August...
So as soon as qualifying is finished then im sure
that some one will post it on here so keep your eyes out..

we were informed today that the date for the junior sheild tourny has been moved from the 4th and 5th to 11th and 12th of December, so what was a clear weekend now clashes with the brunswick australia youth cup.

So to all you boys and girls who thought you could bowl in both you need to make a choice.

There is no dought this change will cost junior sheild some of its best bowlers.

This date change is unfortunate as a lot of victorias best juniors started their compeditive bowling representing their home centre in junior sheild.

I ask AMF thru this forum why, what could be so important as to move a tournament with 168 junior bowlers into a time slot that clashes with a tournament?

I was actually just wondering why the junior sheild weekend was changed.

I was going to bowl in brunswick australia youth cup, but as soon as i found out they are the same weekend i chose to bowl junior sheild, and while we might loss a lot of good bowlers that doesn't mean it wont be just as good as the last few years.

I look forward to seeing everyone bowling junior sheild on the 11th and 12th of Dec and i am saw we will have a good weekend.

Northcote juniors are rolling off on 15th August will post teams
a.s.a.p.
pretty sure Junior Shield is first weekend in December
will get a confirmed date a.s.a.p.
