improve my ave

HI I have a ave betwwen 165 and 175 and I have been trying to get it up to the 180 to 185 mark does any body have any ideas. And realy what is the different?. I know keeping every frame close will help lol stringing strikes will help but that is easy said than done

Get a qualified bowling coach, maybe it is just a small thing in your technique that needs refinement. A few sessions will only help your game.
