dress standards

We are having a bit of a debate at the moment about what is standard attire for TBA tournaments. I was wondering if anyone could enlighten me.

For Males:

Collared shirt and Long Trousers.

Females: don't know sorry.

females - collared shirt, and skirt, tailored shorts or trousers

Are the elusive 3/4 dress pants acceptable?
