Do you need to develop your Hook Release and potential?
Through the support of Brett Best at AMF Sunshine Bowl, they have provided TLC with four lanes each session. Squad sessions run the last Tuesday of the month with a total of seven sessions.
First Session begins Tuesday May 29th
We have five vacancies for each group.
This is open to female bowlers of any age and average. There are two squads on the night and each squad has their own characteristics.
Early Squad- 6.30pm is for developing the hook release. Straight bowlers are welcome to join this squad
Late Squad- 8.30pm is for those who have a semi developed hook release and want that extra edge for power, rotation, variation work etc.
You will need to apply either through a post, email or telephone to Coach Garvin for Squad entry as numbers are limited.
If the dates and times are not suitable for you, still put forward your request and include your preferred times and Centre’s. Once we have five bowlers that can make a squad, we will get you started.
Additional Squads will be available for males and mixed squads later this year depending on interest provided to TLC.
Cost is $30.00 per session (total investment of $210) which includes

Dartfish Video Analysis on the lanes
High Performance Coach and other Coaches
Restricted website access to all training notes
2 games of bowling each session
