Closure of TBAQ office

bm2

I'm still standin'
Due to the power grid having been turned off, and extensive flooding on the roads around the office, the TBAQ office will remain closed Thursday and Friday. It will reopen again (hopefully) Monday once water subsidance has occurred.

Hi folks

whilst the TBAQ office (and the rest of Sports House) has not been directly affected by the water in Milton, unfortunately the power is still not connected to that area - as a result the office will remain closed until such time as the power grid has been reconnected.

The main office telephone number remains diverted to Ian Renfrey, and any urgent matters will be attended to in the soonest possible instance. We apologise for any inconvenience that the office closure may incur.

We are thankful to have escaped the wrath of the water, and our thoughts go out to Jason Pearson, Ipswich and Caboolture bowls, and anybody else from within the bowling fraternity who has been seriously impacted by the events of last week. Also not forgetting our friends in other Queensland centres who have had serious floods in their townships to deal with as well - Mackay, Gladstone, Rockhampton, Maryborough, Kingaroy, Bundaberg, Toowoomba - TBAQ Board of Management and Office staff are thinking of you all as well x
