BOWLING BALL PLUGS

HELP !!!!
Could someone out there please enlighten me in regards to Ball Plugs on the bowling track. I have read the requirements from the TBAL site, but it is not mentioned. I have talked about this to several people but keep getting different answers.

I was told by a well respected bowler that if a ball is plugged and redrilled that the plug could not be on the track. I was told last week that this was not correct. I was told in Adelaide this week that it is legal

No it is perfectly legal to have a plug on the track.
