AMF have this afternoon released details of the return of Centre qualifying for the 2004 Ebonite South Pacific Classic to be held at AMF Moorabbin 3, 4 & 5 September 2004.
Bowlers will be able to qualify in or out of league for $2 (plus game costs for 3 games if qualifying out of league).
The top 16 men and 10 women qualifiers from each centre will then contest the Centre Final, which will consist of 8 scratch games at a cost of $50.00
The Top 4 Men and Top 3 Women from each Centre Final will proceed to their Zone Final. Bowlers in the Zone Final will bowl 10 games scratch (no cost to Zone Finalists).
The winner of each Zone Final (Men & Women) will win an entry into the 2004 South Pacific Final at Moorabbin, a bowling shirt, 3 nights accommodation and a return airfare to Melbourne. Accommodation and airfares are only for Zone Final winners outside of Melbourne.
Qualifying commences in all AMF Centres Australia wide on Tuesday April 27th, with Centre Finals to be completed no later than the 11th July 2004 (Check your Local AMF Centre for their finals dates).
Zone finals will be held on 17th or 18th July 2004 across Australia.

2004 EBONITE SOUTH PACIFIC CLASSIC ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
1. This tournament is a scratch tournament open to bowlers who are affiliated members of TBA (Tenpin Bowling Australia).
2. Bowlers must be a current league bowler in an AMF Centre, and have joined that AMF League prior 1st June 2004.
3. Bowlers may bowl in more than one Centre Final, but can only bowl in one Zone Final.
PLEASE NOTE - Bowlers can still enter the South Pacific Classic as per previous years. The AMF League Bowler eligibility only refers to the Tournament to win Entry Fees, Airfares and Accomodation. The 2004 Ebonite South Pacific Classic Tournament Entry Form will be available at a later date.
