SPC ZONE CHAMPIONS DECIDED

The Zone Champions for the SPC were decided at AMF Centres around the country last weekend.

After qualifying in Centre Finals, the Top 4 Males and Top 3 Females from each AMF Centre participated in one of 12 Zone Finals.

Congratulations to all Zone Champions, who have won Airfares, Accomodation & Entry Fee into the 2004 South Pacific Classic to be held at AMF Moorabbin on September 3rd, 4th and 5th, 2004. The Zone Champions are as follows :

All Zone winners can expect to receive a letter in the coming days from Tony Goodwin regarding shirt sizes and squad preferences.
 
Just like to say congrats to ryan alewood for gettin into it an winning a spot at mt druitt bowl
ave 217 to get in he comes the next night to penrith bowl 4 game league scratch an after his beautiful 217 series he bowl his arse off the next night an bowls a 159 average lol thought i would just say
 
Congrats to all the bowlers and all the best in melbourne.Also to ryan as well,he will be a star in the very near future.Well done mate
 
Well done to Mark Dodds for averaging 229 to win the Moorabbin spot. Did any one average higher in the other zone finals?

It was more impressive when you consider daylight was second (well almost) his brother Barry averaging 204 with myself only 9 pins behind in third (203).

To keep it in the family Mary Dodds (just married recently to Barry) took out the womens final comfortably. Apologies but don't have the sheet with me to provide Mary's average.

Wish you both well in the SPC later on this year.
