Certainly appealing to us 'el cheapo' Novocastrians!
Move Jeff Cutts to A squad as well, thanks. (I also agree with CSP and Diecast, I wouldn't be particularly happy if I didn't have a choice but to bowl B squad, on by the same token though, I hope this decision isn't rescinded by next...
Great to see the entry form out for this event (in due course!).
Is there a thread on TB for AMF Australia Cup? From the AMF website there seems to be some typos with the AMF Australia Cup (as Tarsh has pointed out with the Youth event also).
The entry form for the AMF Australia Cup also...
Congrats to Sam for a great win today, and everyone that competed. Thanks to John and Stephen et al for giving up their spare time to arrange Eblmite SS. And also to Dousty for cleaning my balls between blocks 4 and 5.
Dousty never blame the rack! There's no such thing as a "bad rack" ;)
Mick Camarda on Sunday, I left a 5-7-10 :(
There were some ugly leaves on the weekend - quite a few thru the beak for a 4-count 3-4-6-7-9-10 leave.
Final scores from day one:
Jason Walsh 2255
Chris Thomas 2184
Sam Cooley 2139
Jarrod Lean 2088
George Frilingos 2078
Neil Donnelly 2046
David Rosser 1983
Glen Loader 1981
Jeff Cutts 1960
Jamie Kyriacau 1945

Sam Romeo 1885...
A few weeks ago I had back 7, front 9, didn't look like missing pocket, in,the 10th frame FELL OVER at the foul line, left a bucket and chopped 2. 16 in a row, then literally fell to pieces ;)
Mad! No split trousers or exposing my alter ego at Nationals! Unless CSP throws another perfect game of course!
A move in the name of common sense, thanks TBA.
i'd expect the squad list to double at least! Aside from your local laying down the pattern (and IF, at that), this is 10 games of practice ... Much better than 5 minutes of practice in october. Get on it
Congrats john! I found it hard to believe after seeing your shot that youve only been bowling such a 'short' time! I guess the apple never falls far from the tree! Keep it up
Jeff
First time I've bowled a sport series and I must say very enjoyable. Kinda reminiscent of the Thursday TPA league of old at Warners Bay. If Id've known of the sport series sooner (more accurately exactly how it works) I would've bowled all three events! Bri and I will be making the plastic ball...
Agree with Cow - I'm indifferent. Each to their own - on a different note, I know of a bowler who has a very interesting (unorthodox, and highly inappropriate to disclose to others) method of 'calming their nerves' before league. Suffice it to say, it is not fit for mention in a public forum...
During my excited phase of notifying you of my inclusion in the tournament, I noticed I omitted the essential information of myself wishing to bowl A Squad:surrender:.
