Im a novice in bowling. Somebody selling me his Roto Star X2 bowling ball. What can you say about this ball? description, handling, etc... is this reactive?

Is it worth it to buy? thanks for your help.

If it the the X2, then you're looking at a great spare ball.

It is rock hard rubber, and wont move much at all.

So it means its not yet the reactive type. If ever this will be my first ball. Can I use this as my primary ball?

I actually have an old X3 at home, when I started learning fingertip that's the ball I used.

You can use it as your primary ball, as I did once a long time ago, but if you want a ball that's at least slightly aggressive, then that is not the ball you would want to be using.

In saying that - if you really want to learn accuracy and how to hook the ball without much help from the ball itself, it would be a good ball to learn on.
